How to get all 20 free rewards in Return to Verdansk event

The original Call of Duty Battle Royale map, Verdansk, is back for Season 3 and players are invited to celebrate together with a new launch event, Return to Verdansk, which includes 20 free rewards.

The map has been both reconstructed with new features and gameplay modes, and authentically rebuilt to include various quality-of-life improvements. This return aims to provide a gameplay experience reminiscent of the game’s initial Battle Royale format

Verdansk will be accessible on April 3, 2025, following the launch of Black Ops 6 Season 3 on April 2.

Players are tasked with exploring Verdansk, navigating through these 12 distinct zones. Within each zone, hidden safes can be discovered and opened, yielding exclusive rewards.

Notably, these safes offer a rare opportunity to obtain an event-exclusive operator skin, adding an element of chance to the exploration.

  • Primary Weapon (Assault Rifle): Kilo 141
  • Operator: Domino (available in Call of Duty: Warzone only)
  • Operator: Mil-Sim USEF (available in Call of Duty: Warzone only)

Players who did not level up the Kilo 141 Assault Rifle during the 24-hour period between the launch of the Premium Game and Call of Duty Warzone can now access the weapon.

Operators Domino and Mil-Sim USEF, originating from Modern Warfare 2019, also become available. Note that these operators are accessible exclusively within the BO6 section of the Operators Menu in Call of Duty: Warzone and are not available in Black Ops 6 Multiplayer or Zombies modes.

  • Contrail: “Blue Legacy”
  • Parachute: “Coming Home”
  • Gunscreen: “Like We Never Left”

The “Blue Legacy” Contrail, “Coming Home” Parachute, and “Like We Never Left” Gunscreen are exclusive rewards for Call of Duty Warzone veterans. The game system verifies the player’s Activision ID to determine if they participated in the original Verdansk map or Verdansk ’84.

Eligible players will receive these three items, which can be equipped through the Barracks Menu.

Upon the event’s commencement, players and their squads are encouraged to explore the entirety of Verdansk across the following game modes:

  • Battle Royale
  • Battle Royale Casual
  • Plunder

During the event, players are tasked with selecting and exploring zones to locate hidden safes. Multiple safes are distributed throughout each zone.

Players and their squads can open numerous safes within a match, with each safe being accessible only once. Opening a safe triggers an explosive indicator, visible to opposing teams, signaling that the safe has been opened.

When you open a Hidden Safe, there are three possible outcomes:

  • Supply Loot: The Hidden Safe contains a variety of ground loot, but no other reward.
  • Zone Reward: The Hidden Safe contains an Event Reward. Each Zone has a specific reward from the first 12 listed below. Each member of your Squad receives the reward.
  • A mystery Special Reward

The Return to Verdansk Event provides 12 unlockable rewards, with one reward available per zone:

  • Loading Screen: “Let’s Plan Something!”
  • Emblem: “Jarvdinsk Spomenik”
  • Calling Card: “Lumberjack Legends”
  • Weapon Decal: “Deathly Chill Return”
  • Weapon Charm: “With Fries, Please”
  • Calling Card: “Breaking News”
  • Finishing Move: “The Back Adjustment”
  • Spray: “Love 4 Tha Game”
  • Emote: “Cheering the Squad”
  • Token: Double XP Token (45 minutes)
  • Sticker: “Shipping to Verdansk”
  • Calling Card: “Wheel of Glory”

Upon obtaining all 12 event rewards through successful safe openings, players automatically receive the Kali Sticks. This melee weapon, originally from Modern Warfare 2019 Season 04 (June 2020), consists of dual-wielding batons.

Opening hidden safes presents a chance to acquire the special “Trail Blazer” Operator Skin for Caine.
