Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown will be available to play for the Celtics in Game 3 of the NBA playoffs against the Orlando Magic, the team announced Friday evening.This comes after the three players were listed as questionable earlier in the day; Jayson Tatum with a bone bruise on his wrist, Jrue Holiday, with a right hamstring strain, and Jaylen Brown with a right knee injury.With Tatum out for Game 2 on Wednesday, Brown led the Celtics victory.During the Celtics’ shootaround Friday morning, Al Horford talked about how much the team leans on Brown and the trust they have in him to lead.”This time of year is what we’ve been waiting for, to be in this position, to be in the playoffs,” Horford said. “Now that we’re here, I feel like we all want to take advantage of this. I think that’s why, regardless of if JT is in or out, JB is going to be ready to go and he is going to lead us.”Horford also talked about how everyone on the team needs to be ready to step up at any point and rally, which is exactly what they will have to do with the possibility of missing their two stars.”We always want to have a full, healthy team, but we’ve had to deal with this kind of all season, and because of that, some of our other guys have gotten opportunities, and it’s no different. Our guys stay ready, we’re preparing for it,” Horford said. “Whether it’s Hauser coming off the bench, Luke, Baylor, whoever it is, we just have to stay ready at any moment.
