Seahawks trade QB Sam Howell to Vikings

A day after drafting Alabama’s Jalen Milroe in the third round of the NFL draft, the Seahawks thinned out their QB room by dealing Sam Howell to the Minnesota Vikings on Saturday morning.

The pick involved a swap of picks with the Seahawks getting 142 and dealing 172 to the Vikings.

So, basically, the Seahawks got to move up 30 spots to deal Howell to the Vikings.

The Seahawks still have four QBs on their roster in Sam Darnold, Drew Lock, Jaren Hall and Milroe.
