Robin thought that she might be Regina King, while Jenny mentioned Shania Twain. Rita said that she really thought that Pearl came from a rock or punk background, and she guessed Joan Jett.

Pearl Revealed That She’s Soft On The Inside
During The Masked Singer season 13 Voices of Olympus: Unmasking of the Gods Night, when Pearl first came out on stage, Jenny declared that she was “immediately getting legend, diva.” Pearl gave a powerhouse performance of “Saving All My Love For You” by Whitney Houston. She began her clue package by seeing her mask for the first time and saying, “Oh my, look at her! She’s so fancy! Just like a pearl, you gotta crack through a pretty tough exterior to find the treasure inside. The same’s been said about me my whole life.”
As Pearl appeared in the ocean, she shared, “Growing up, I’ve always loved performing. But people like me weren’t promised a chance at a big break.” Pearl then walked on a dock and shared, “So I took any gig I could, from discount stores to dive bars, praying that someone would see a pearl of talent within me.” As she said this, she caught a baseball that was thrown to her.
Pearl went on to say, “Eventually, the world was my oyster, but I’ve never been able to shake that hard exterior.” She opened a pink umbrella as she said this. Pearl then picked up two cherries from a bowl as she sat at a table, and said, “And it’s affected every aspect of my life, especially love.” She looked down sadly as she said this.

Pearl concluded by saying, “But I’m a softie at heart, which is why, tonight, I’m embodying Aphrodite, the goddess of love. So, watch out world! This pearl’s breaking out of her hard shell, and I hope you can see the beauty that’s been hidden within all along. Oh, and I’m doing a love song by Whitney. So, pray for me.” At the end of the clue package, Pearl held a glowing pearl.
After Pearl’s performance, Nick asked her how being Pearl went outside of her comfort zone. She answered, “I can tell you that I’ve never dressed this fancy before. Usually, when I’m on the red carpet, and they ask me what I’m wearing, I say I got it on sale.“
