Beyoncé has added a new show to her Cowboy Carter tour, with the Grammy winner set to swing through Las Vegas at the end of her summer trek.
The new show will take place July 25 at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas, with tickets slated to go on sale March 25 at 12 p.m. local time. A presale for members of Beyoncé’s BeyHive fan club will run March 20 at 12 p.m. local through March 23 at 10 p.m. local time; an artist pre-sale is set for March 24 at 12 p.m. through March 25 at 11 a.m. (with registration open now through March 20 at 7 a.m. PT). Full info is available on Beyoncé’s website.
In addition to announcing the new show, Live Nation noted in a press release that the Cowboy Carter tour has sold more than 94 percent of tickets across all shows. This very particular note appears to be in response to recent reports and social media speculation that the trek was underselling.
The Cowboy Carter tour is set to kick off with a five-night stand in Los Angeles, starting April 28 and wrapping May 9. From there, Beyoncé will do a run of shows in Chicago and outside New York City, before heading over to London and Paris. She returns to the U.S. in late June with shows in Houston, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and now Vegas.
Beyoncé released Cowboy Carter last March, with the album finding her embracing and experimenting with country music after she similarly explored the world of dance music on Renaissance. Earlier this year, Beyoncé won three Grammys, including Best Country Duo/Group Performance for “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus, and Best Country Album and Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter.
