Chris Pratt showcased his real-life superhero side with a chivalrous gesture at The Electric State press conference in Madrid. While seated with the Russo Brothers, his co-star Millie Bobby Brown nearly faced a wardrobe malfunction. In a viral clip, Brown, 21, dressed in a denim mini-skirt, denim jacket, and knee-high boots, whispered something to Pratt, 45, prompting him to stand in front of her and block the audience’s view.
Using Pratt’s arm for support, the Stranger Things star carefully stood up and exited the stage. Keeping the moment lighthearted, Chris Pratt clapped for her and even threw in a playful dance move, winning over fans with his quick thinking and gentlemanly gesture.
According to Women’s Wear Daily (WWD), Millie Bobby Brown wore a stylish denim suit from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring 2021 collection. The actress paired it with knee high boots from Asos and completed the look with a matching Miu Miu purse. She also wore a large earrings and styled her hair with two buns. For makeup, she chose a glowing look that highlighted her natural beauty.
Speaking about The Electric Shock with Netflix’s Tudum, director Anthony Russo said, “The story felt like a fairy tale to us. We really wanted to play into those very elemental aspects of a fairy tale.” Joe Russo added, “We grew up on a steady diet of science-fiction and fantasy. And so our brains are always [there]. Our creative ethos is always attracted to these big, fantastical ideas that can present really interesting themes but also be highly entertaining at the same time.”
As per the official synopsis, the movie “tells the story of Michelle (Brown), a young woman with a sweet but mysterious robot. The pair reluctantly team up with eccentric drifter Keats (Pratt), and set out on a cross-country road trip to find Michelle’s younger brother. Along the way, they have to navigate an electrified, retro-futuristic US landscape.”
Besides Chris Pratt and Millie Bobby Brown, The Electric State features an impressive cast, including Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Norman, Giancarlo Esposito, and Stanley Tucci. The highly anticipated film is set to premiere on Netflix on March 14.
