What went wrong for OL Jonah Jackson
The Rams dealt Jackson to the Chicago Bears after only one season. He had signed a three-year, $51 million deal. Sean McVay explained that what happened with Jackson was that Steve Avila didn’t work out at center, leading to Jackson playing the position
2023 draft pick claimed by Niners
The Rams released cornerback Tre Tomlinson this week. He was drafted by the Rams in the sixth round in 2023. He was claimed by the 49ers, so he doesn’t leave the NFC West.
Cooper Kupp’s ‘anger’
The Rams told Cooper Kupp they were looking to trade him, something Kupp isn’t happy about. He opened up about it, explaining how he felt after he even tried to work out a way for him to return in 2025.
Rams sign Davante Adams
While they are moving on from Kupp, they added a guy to replace him. They agreed to a two-year, $46 million contract with former New York Jets receiver Davante Adams, who was released during the week.
Tutu Atwell re-signed
In a surprise move, the Rams brought back Atwell, who has not yet had a 600-yard receiving season, on a one-year, $10 million fully guaranteed contract.
