Brentford vs Aston Villa
Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Main Event, 5.30pm Saturday
Aston Villa have taken a huge step towards the Champions League quarter-finals, winning 3-1 at Club Brugge in Tuesday’s last-16 first leg.
Villa also have an FA Cup quarter-final trip to Championship side Preston to look forward to this month but their Premier League form, particularly on the road, has been patchy.
Even without a possible Champions League hangover, an away fixture at Brentford would be a tough test for Villa and the Bees are worth backing to score the first goal.
Unai Emery’s men have kept only one clean sheet in their last 13 league matches, shutting out Everton just before their David Moyes-inspired resurgence.
They have conceded the opener in six of their last seven league games, including a 4-1 defeat at Crystal Palace last time out, while Brentford have scored first in seven of their last nine.
The Bees have had a nice break since drawing 1-1 with Everton on February 26 and only Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham and Chelsea have scored more first-half league goals than their tally of 26.

Wigan vs Cambridge
3pm Saturday
Wigan sacked manager Shaun Maloney after last weekend’s 2-1 home defeat to Reading in League One, leaving interim boss Glenn Whelan to take charge of Tuesday’s 0-0 draw at Mansfield.
It was a point gained rather than two points dropped for the Latics as the Stags dominated the shot count 21-4 and Wigan failed to test home goalkeeper Scott Flinders.
They had only four attempts at goal in their final away fixture under Maloney, another goalless draw at Wycombe, and have struggled to create chances in recent home games too.
Wigan had seven shots in the defeat to Reading and eight in the 2-1 win over Huddersfield so backing one or both teams not to score looks a good bet in their clash with Cambridge, who are finding their feet under new manager Neil Harris.
That has been a winner in Cambridge’s last five league matches and they mustered only one wayward shot in Tuesday’s 1-0 home defeat to Stevenage.

Borussia Dortmund vs Augsburg
2.30pm Saturday
Borussia Dortmund’s 1-1 home draw with Lille on Tuesday has left them with work to do in their Champions League last-16 tie.
However, BVB coach Niko Kovac will have been pleased to see winger Karim Adeyemi continue his fine form with the opening goal and the 23-year-old is a tempting each-way bet to break the deadlock against Bundesliga visitors Augsburg.
Adeyemi had a frustrating first half of the campaign, enduring a three-month injury layoff and returning to action just before the winter break.
However, he scored first in last weekend’s win at St Pauli, where he had six shots, and has racked up eight attempts at goal in his last two home Bundesliga appearances.
