NORMAL (25News Now) – A person was shot Sunday night at Illinois State University’s Bone Student Center, according to ISU’s emergency alert system.
The alert said police are searching for the suspect, and they’re urging the public to stay away from the student center.
Earlier, police provided a description of the suspect. He is said to be a slender Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall with a black afro hair style, and wearing clothes that are all black.
The suspect was last seen running south from University Street and College Avenue, police said.
