Watch the St. Louis Battlehawks season opener Friday on FOX 2

ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Battlehawks will open their new spring football season Friday evening against the Houston Roughnecks, and FOX 2 will carry the live on-air broadcast.

The Battlehawks and Roughnecks will kick off the 2025 United Football League season with the first of several matchups that are part of the “UFL Friday Nights on FOX” over the next several weeks.

  • Channel: FOX 2 (or your local FOX affiliate)
  • Game time: Scheduled for 7 p.m. (Friday, March 28)
  • How to watch: FOX 2 will carry the game’s live on-air broadcast for viewers with cable or an antenna.

Additionally, FOX 2 will host a half-hour “Battlehawks Game Day” pregame special on-air from 6:30-7 p.m. Friday evening.

The Battlehawks look to build on last year’s seven-win season with head coach Anthony Becht leading the pack for his third consecutive season. Manny Wilkins and Max Duggan figure to get the bulk of opportunities at quarterback early on after St. Louis parted ways with A.J. McCarron in the offseason.

Meanwhile, the St. Louis Battlehawks’ home opener at the Dome At America’s Center will be next Sunday, April 6, against the San Antonio Brahmas.
